Would you like a portrait of a loved one? You choose a photo (face) and your preference of setting / background / color. I’ll create a portrait for you upon your request.

How it works:

• Download, print, fill out and submit this order form with your contact info and pay with cash or check. Your choice of canvas size determines the price. Send via mail. Click for canvas size/price options.
• You provide me with a photograph of the person you’d like me to create a painting of. (By mail or in person at a later time possible.)
• You tell me about your wishes and ideas of topic / imaginative setting / background / color for the painting. For example: dancing fairy on a circus rope with a sunset in background.
• I’ll inform you when your painting will be ready for pickup or I’ll mail it to you:
